We are thrilled to exhibit this very cool and special collection of woodblock prints by Kreg Yingst now on display in The Kairos Gallery.

“Psalms & Lamentations” has been curated specifically for us. It features a collection of blockprints called ‘Gospel and Blues’ in the Main Gallery (by the Brown Fox Coffee café). The Prayer Room Gallery contains a collection called ‘Psalms and Saints’.

The artwork is beautiful, the subject matter is timely, and the write-ups afford an in-depth narrative history of the different blues artists and saints portrayed. A Spotify playlist has also been curated by the artist to pair with each gallery collection. Please bring earbuds or headphones to enjoy the audio part of the experience. Plan to spend some time with this exhibit, perhaps with a journal and some friends. You are sure to be moved and enriched.
